[[ENTITY NEEDED]] builds toreject.vercel.app to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This statement says how that is checked, where the site still falls short, and how to tell us about a barrier.
How it is checked
Contrast is measured, never judged by eye: every text colour on the ledger paper reaches at least 4.5 to 1, and the body ink reaches 14.6 to 1. Before each release an automated contrast and structure check runs against the live pages at phone, tablet and desktop widths, along with a check that every control is at least 44 pixels tall and that no page scrolls sideways at 343 pixels.
What the design does
- A failing record is never shown by colour alone: its line carries the word Fails, and a missing key the words No key read.
- Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the focus ring is a solid 3-pixel line in the ink colour.
- The ledger is a real table, with a caption, column headers and row headers, so a screen reader announces each record with its verdict.
- The status line announces each read as it starts and finishes, and errors are announced next to the field they belong to.
- With reduced motion set, the ledger fills at once with no movement. With JavaScript off, the price, the promise, the ladder and a dated sample ledger still render in full.
Known limits
The paid plan and record pages are built in the browser from your order, so they need JavaScript. The payment page belongs to Stripe, and its accessibility is Stripe's. DNS record values are long strings with no spaces; on a narrow screen they wrap at any character, which a screen reader reads correctly and a sighted reader may find harder to scan.
Report a barrier
If any part of the site stops you from reading your records, buying the record set or reading your plan, contact us at [[CONTACT EMAIL NEEDED]] with the page and what happened. We answer within five business days, and we will send the plan or the record in another format while the barrier is fixed.
