Terms

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms are between you and [[ENTITY NEEDED]] ("we"), which operates toreject.vercel.app. Questions and refund requests go to [[CONTACT EMAIL NEEDED]].

The free read

Anyone may read any domain's published mail records here, free. The read reports what public DNS said at the moment it asked. It is a finding about published records, never a statement that a domain or its owner meets any law, standard or receiver's rule.

What the $349 buys

One payment of $349 (US dollars) covers one domain and buys: the records to paste for up to eight sending services, written in your DNS host's own fields; 45 days of daily reads of the domain's published records, with the date of each step kept in the order's record; one 30-minute call with a person; and the signed record of those reads. Day one is the day of payment, in UTC.

The promise and the refund

If the domain has not reached p=quarantine with a DKIM key published for every service you listed within 45 days of payment, for a reason on our side, we refund the $349 in full. A reason on our side means the record set we wrote was wrong for a service you listed, the daily read we owe you did not run, or the call we owe you did not happen. A reason on your side means the records were not pasted, a listed service never issued its keys to you, a service you did not list sends as your domain and you chose to hold the policy for it, or the policy was taken back down. Refunds are made by a person, through Stripe, after you ask at the address above.

What is not promised

Nobody controls whether a particular receiver delivers a particular message, so we promise nothing about inbox placement. The daily read examines no message; alignment is inferred from the records you publish. We change nothing in your DNS: you paste every record yourself, and you may take any of them down at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for mail that was delayed, filtered or refused by a receiver.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where [[ENTITY NEEDED]] is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits a right that the consumer law where you live gives you and does not let a contract take away.
